摘  要:为指导煤岩层地质条件下顶管掘进机施工操作,进行了顶管施工过程主顶油压、纠偏油压、截割电流等参数实测,得到了主顶顶力、纠偏顶力、刀盘扭矩随顶进距离变化规律,提出了以刀盘扭矩为控制指标的顶管掘进施工方法,并对顶进过程遭遇障碍物、方向偏离、泥浆减阻突变等情况进行了扭矩控制与实际操作分析。研究结果表明:主顶顶力随顶推距离的增加呈上升趋势,纠偏顶力则波动较大,刀盘扭矩随顶推距离的增加变化趋势不明显,故刀盘扭矩能够稳定且敏感反应出掘进工作面状况。在掘进施工过程中可通过对刀盘扭矩和顶推速度的控制,有效维持顶管掘进施工平衡状态。In order to guide the construction operation of the pipe-jacking roadheader under geological conditions of coal and rock layers,the main jacking oil pressure,correction oil pressure,cutting current and other parameters were measured during the pipe-jacking construction process.The variation laws of the main jacking force,correction force,and cutterhead torque with the pushing distance were obtained.A top pipe excavation construction method based on the cutterhead torque as the control index was proposed,and torque control and practical operation analysis were carried out for situations such as obstacles encountered,directional deviation,and sudden changes in mud drag reduction during the pipe-jacking construction process.The research results show that the main jacking force increases with the increase of pushing distance,while the correction force fluctuates greatly.The trend of the cutterhead torque changing with the increase of pushing distance is not obvious,so the cutterhead torque can stably and sensitively reflect the condition of the excavation working face.During the excavation process,the balance of pipe-jacking excavation construction can be effectively maintained by controlling the torque of the cutterhead and the pushing speed.
