摘 要:为得到附壁风筒对综掘面控尘风流流场的影响规律,采用数值模拟的方法模拟了无控尘无抽尘、有控尘无抽尘、无控尘有抽尘、有控尘有抽尘4种工况下的流场分布规律,基于流场分布特征建立了流场均匀性评价参数,并通过相似试验系统测试了5 m、12 m、20 m处不同断面的风速分布。研究结果表明,附壁风筒的应用可将巷道流场划分为轴向旋流区、径向旋流区、回流区3个区域,改变了初始单一的轴向流场,并且径向流场和轴向流场的均匀性参数都有所增大,对轴向流场均匀性影响更大。In order to obtain the influence law of the wall attached air duct on the dust control airflow field of the fully mechanized excavation face,numerical simulation was used to simulate the flow field distribution law under four working conditions:no dust control and no dust extraction,controlled dust and no dust extraction,no dust control and dust extraction,and controlled dust and dust extraction.Based on the flow field distribution characteristics,flow field uniformity evaluation parameters were established,and the air velocity distribution of different sections such as 5 m,12 m and 20 m was tested through a similar experimental system.The research results indicate that the application of wall attached air ducts can divide the roadway flow field into three regions:axial swirl zone,radial swirl zone,and backflow zone,changing the initial single axial flow field.Moreover,the uniformity parameters of both radial and axial flow fields have increased,which has a greater impact on the uniformity of the axial flow field.
