摘 要:以ZYG12000/17/35D掩护式液压支架为研究对象,在底座对角加载工况下进行底座强度分析。结果表明,网格尺寸大小与模型简化对仿真结果有较大的影响,以掩护梁、前后连杆和底座组成的系统作为研究对象更加真实合理;不同网格尺寸对识别危险区域有重要意义;在底座过桥与主肋接触位置、底板与垫板接触位置存在应力奇异。在仿真与实际中应避免应力奇异,在模型进行优化后,2处的高应力得到了明显下降。Taking ZYG12000/17/35D cover hydraulic support as the research object,the base intensity analysis was performed under the diagonal loading conditions of the base.The results show that the size of the grid and the simplification of the model have a greater impact on the results of the simulation.The system composed of cover beams,front and rear links,and bases is more realistic and reasonable;different grid size are of great significance to identify dangerous areas;there is a strange stress in the contact position of the bottom bridge and the main tendon,the contact position of the bottom plate and the padding plate.In the simulation and reality,the stress strange should be avoided.After the model is optimized,the high stress of the two places has been significantly reduced.
