摘  要:为分析轴承的刚度时变特性和外滚道缺陷对滚动轴承转子系统振动特性的影响规律,建立了滚动轴承转子系统动力学模型。研究结果表明:轴承刚度的时变特性导致系统在水平和竖直方向的振动幅值显著增加;竖直方向上转子转频与滚珠通过滚道频率同时存在,而在水平方向上,激发出多个转子转频的倍频;当滚珠通过滚道的缺陷位置时,转子系统的振幅和加速度突然增大,竖直方向上缺陷激发了转子转动频率和轴承缺陷频率以及轴承外滚道缺陷频率的所有倍频。To analyze the influence law of the time-varying stiffness of bearing and outer raceway defects on the vibration characteristics of the rolling bearing rotor system,a dynamic model of the rolling bearing rotor system was established.The research results show that the time-varying stiffness of the bearings significantly increases the vibration amplitude in both horizontal and vertical directions.In the vertical direction,both the rotor rotational frequency and the ball pass raceway frequency are present,while in the horizontal direction,multiple harmonics of the rotor rotational frequency are excited.When the balls pass the defect area on the raceway,the rotor system experiences a sudden increase in amplitude and acceleration.In the vertical direction,the defect excites all harmonics of the rotor rotational frequency,the bearing defect frequency,and the outer raceway defect frequency.
