摘  要:20CrMnTi钢制大齿轮在装机过程中发现第12齿齿面裂纹,为确定裂纹产生的原因,对渗碳淬火大齿轮进行了化学成分检验、非金属夹杂物检测、硬度检验及金相检验等。结果表明:表面磨削时产生了过多的磨削热,使齿面温度升到奥氏体转变区间,在切削液的冷却作用下,齿面表层转变为二次淬火隐针马氏体区,表面发生了磨削淬火烧伤,组织应力增大,导致裂纹的产生。引起磨削烧伤及裂纹的原因是磨齿工序中磨削参数不合理,在此基础上改进工艺参数可避免磨削后齿面出现裂纹。During the installation process of large gear made of 20CrMnTi steel,a crack was found on the surface of the 12th tooth.To identify the cause of the crack formation,tests of chemical composition,non-metallic inclusion detection,hardness,and metallographic examination were carried out on the large gear after carburization and quenching heat treatment.The results indicate that excessive grinding heat was generated during surface grinding,resulting that the gear surface temperature rose to the range of austenite transformation.Under the cooling effect of the cutting fluid,the microstructure of the surface layer transformed into secondary quenched acicular martensites,leading to grinding quench burn of the surface,the phase transformation stress was increased,resulting in the formation of cracks.The appearance of the grinding burn and cracks is due to the improper grinding parameters during the gear grinding process.On this basis,the processing parameters were improved to prevent the appearance of the cracks on the gear surface after grinding.
