摘 要:中碳合金钢42CrMo在地质钻具加工中被广泛使用,为研究带状组织对产品性能影响,分别将带状组织E系列2.5级和无带状组织2种棒材作为研究对象,按照相同工艺参数进行调质处理,使用GNR光谱仪、MR3000光学显微镜和Zeiss Sigma300扫描电镜等检测设备对调质前后性能进行对比分析。结果表明:42CrMo调质后硬度和力学性能均有所提高,但热轧态中的带状组织对调质性能还是有较大的影响。建议在实际生产过程中要严格控制原材料带状组织级别,提高产品的稳定性,也为地质钻具产品的质量提升提供依据。Medium carbon alloy steel 42CrMo is widely used in the processing of geological drilling tool.In order to study the influence of banded structure on product performance,two kinds of bars with banded structure E series grade 2.5 and non-banded structure were taken as research objects respectively,which were treated by quenching and tempering according to the same process parameters.The performance of the bars before and after quenching and tempering was compared and analyzed by using GNR spectrometer,MR3000 optical microscope,Zeiss Sigma300 scanning electron microscope and other testing equipment.The results show that the hardness and mechanical properties of 42CrMo steel increase after quenching and tempering,but the banded structure in the hot rolling state still has a great impact on the quenching and tempering properties.Therefore,it is recommended to strictly control the grade of banded structure in raw materials during the actual production process,improves the stability of the product,and provides a basis for improving the quality of geological drilling tool.
