摘 要:针对当前掘进机油缸销轴集中润滑需求的增多,销轴的旋转影响了集中润滑油管,出现油管接头松动或者油管打结的问题,设计了一种新型销轴卡板结构。通过计算校核,选用合适的材料和热处理,以及对结构做优化,可防止螺栓的剪断、卡板的屈服现象,有效防止了销轴的转动,保证了集中润滑油管的正常运转。对类似设计有借鉴作用。In response to the growing demand for centralized lubrication of the axle of the roadheader oil cylinder,the rotation of the axle has an impact on the centralized lubricating oil pipe,causing issues such as loosening of the oil pipe joint or tangling of the oil pipe,a novel axle baffle structure was designed.Through calculation and verification,by selecting an appropriate material and heat treatment,and optimizing the structure,it can prevent the shearing of the bolt and the yielding of the clamping plate,effectively inhibiting the rotation of the axle and ensuring the smooth operation of the centralized lubricating oil pipe.This has a significant reference value for similar designs.
