摘 要:通过对带位移传感器型推移千斤顶传感器组件失效问题的分析,传感器组件失效原因主要为传感器杆弯曲变形失效和磁环损坏;为方便更换磁环,对千斤顶传感器安装结构进行优化设计,同时优化活塞杆加工工艺,提高活塞杆传感器安装盲孔与活塞杆外圆的同轴度,以减少因同轴度误差较大对传感器杆弯曲变形的影响;对结构和工艺优化后,传感器杆的弯曲变形明显降低;不需千斤顶升井、拆解就可以完成更换磁环作业,缩短更换磁环作业时间80%以上。为同类型的传感器型千斤顶设计提供了参考。Through the analysis of the failure problem of the displacement sensor type push jack sensor component,the predominant causes of sensor component failure are sensor rod bending deformation failure and magnetic ring damage.To facilitate the replacement of the magnetic ring,the mounting structure of the jack sensor was optimized in design.Concurrently,optimized the machining process of piston rod,the coaxiality between the blind holes for installing the piston sensor and the outer circle of the piston rod was improved to reduce the influence of coaxiality errors on bending deformation of the sensor piston rod.After the optimization of structure and process,the sensor rod bending deformation has been remarkably mitigated.Achieves the completion of the magnetic ring replacement operation without the need for jack ascending wells and dismantling,and shortens the operation time for replacing the magnetic ring by more than 80%.It provides a valuable reference for the design of the same type of sensor type jack.
