摘 要:煤矿井下智能钻机通常采用整体式结构,而钻孔施工的大倾角和全方位需求要求钻机具备方位角调节功能,使得钻机主机和防爆机械臂能够在一定角度内同步旋转,为此设计了承载钻机主机和防爆机械臂的可旋转连接底板。为保证连接底板在钻孔施工中的承载能力及钻机的可靠性,利用有限元软件对其进行3种工况下的强度分析,并根据分析结果优化连接底板结构,确保达到强度和刚度要求。Intelligent drilling rig in underground coal mine usually adopts integral structure.Drilling rig require to have the function of azimuth adjustment due to the large inclination angle and all-round need of drilling construction,so that the drilling rig main machine and the explosion-proof robot arm can rotate synchronously in a certain angle.Therefore,a rotationally connecting baseboard which supports the drilling rig main machine and explosion-proof robot arm was designed.In order to ensure the bearing capacity of the connecting baseboard in drilling construction and the reliability of the drilling rig,the finite element software was used to carry out the strength analysis under three working conditions,and according to the analysis results,the structure of the connecting baseboard was optimized to ensure that its strength and stiffness meet the requirements.
