摘 要:针对卸压钻孔施工中钻探效率不高,易出现断钻、埋钻、压钻等事故的问题,对卸压钻孔中使用的大直径螺旋钻杆进行系统的优化设计分析,通过对钻杆的材料、结构参数(包括杆体直径、螺旋角度及螺距等)、排渣方式进行优化,同时结合模拟、现场测试验证理论分析的准确性和实用性。研究结果表明,通过合理设计钻杆的关键参数及排渣工艺,采用高转速小扭矩双螺旋组合方式,可以显著提升其结构强度和作业效率,效率提高2~3倍,试验中未出现断钻、压钻等事故,有效减少钻进过程中的故障率,具有实际应用价值和较高的推广前景。Aiming at the problems of low drilling efficiency and easy to break,bury and pressurise drilling in the construction of pressure relief drilling,a systematic optimization design and analysis was carried out for the large-diameter spiral drill rod used in pressure relief drilling,and the optimization of the materials,structural parameters(including rod diameter,spiral angle and pitch,etc.),and the way of slag draining were carried out,and at the same time,simulation and field test were combined to verify the accuracy and practicability of the theoretical analysis.The research results show that through the reasonable design of the key parameters of the drill rod and the slag discharge process,the use of high speed and small torque double screw combination can significantly improve its structural strength and operational efficiency,the efficiency increased by 2-3 times,the test for the occurrence of breakage,pressure drilling and other accidents,effectively reduce the failure rate of the drilling process,which is of practical application value and high prospects for promotion.
