摘　　要：QJZ系列矿用隔爆兼本质安全型真空电磁起动器的核心部件PIB综合保护器在使用过程中由于煤矿井下工作环境、供电质量、电子元件老化及系统工况等原因而出现故障。目前煤矿自主维修时的现有检修手段受制于没有专用的检测设备和厂家技术保密等因素,检修人员不能进行安全、有效、准确的检测维修,保护器损坏后只能换新使用,从而造成设备的检修成本高,甚至影响设备的正常检修周期和生产运行。针对该保护器的工作特性,采用PLC技术研制了一种智能型测试仪,实现了离机测试和开放式检测检修,提升了采矿设备在电子件方面的自主修复能力及检修人员的操作性安全。For the QJZ series mining flameproof and intrinsically safe vacuum electromagnetic starter,its core component PIB comprehensive protector occurs the faults in the use process,because of the coal mine underground working environment,power supply quality,electronic components aging and system working conditions and other reasons.The current coal mine existing maintenance mean of the independent maintenance subject to the lack of special detection equipment and technical confidentiality of manufacturers and other factors,maintenance personnel can not carry out safe,effective and accurate detection and maintenance.After the protector is damaged,it can only be replaced with a new one,which results in high maintenance cost of the equipment,and even affects the normal maintenance cycle and production operation of the equipment.Aiming at the working characteristics of this protector,an intelligent tester was developed by using PLC technology,which realizes off-machine test and open detection and maintenance,and enhances the ability of mining equipment to repair electronic parts independently and the operational safety of maintenance personnel.
