摘  要:采用基于故障数据的可靠性分析评估方法,对连采机在使用过程中的故障数据进行收集,并对数据按照一定的规则进行分析、整理,提炼出有效的故障数据;根据故障间隔时间、故障次数、故障发生频率等数据,采用两参数威布尔进行拟合,找出故障连采机故障发生规律,可用于设备开发及售后维护保养策略的改进,进一步提高设备可靠性。By using the method of reliability analysis and evaluation based on fault data,the fault data of continuous miner during operation were collected,and according to certain rules,the data were analyzed and sorted to extract the effective fault data;based on the data of fault interval time,fault frequency and fault frequency,the two-parameter Weibull fitting was used to find out the fault occurrence rule of fault continuous miner,which can be used for equipment development and after-sales maintenance strategy improvement,and further improves the reliability of equipment.
