摘  要:针对煤矿巷道复杂的实际环境,搭建了基于视觉扫描的煤矿巷道变形测量系统。首先描述了该系统的测量原理,并对该系统的相机和激光扫描仪进行了选型设计。利用棋盘格标定法对工业相机进行了标定,在工业相机获取图像的基础上重构了煤矿巷道表面的三维轮廓,从而实现巷道变形量的测量。最后通过搭建煤矿巷道变形测量实验平台,对设定的煤矿巷道变形量进行测量。结果表明,该系统具有较高的测量精度。Aiming at the complex actual environment of coal mine roadway,a deformation measurement system of coal mine roadway based on visual scanning was built.Firstly,the measurement principle of this system was described,and the camera and laser scanner of this system were selected and designed.The industrial camera was calibrated by the checkerboard calibration method,and the three-dimensional contour of the surface of the coal mine roadway was reconstructed on the basis of the image obtained by the industrial camera,so as to realize the measurement of the deformation of the roadway.Finally,by building an experimental platform for coal mine roadway deformation measurement,the set deformation of coal mine roadway was measured.The results show that this system has higher measurement accuracy.
