摘 要:针对目前刮板输送设备数据通信标准化程度低、数据共享难以实现、信息采集及传输系统的稳定性和可靠性较低等问题,在对“矿鸿”的功能和优势进行深入研究的基础上,构建了基于“矿鸿”的刮板输送设备智能监控系统架构,通过“矿鸿”与刮板输送设备控制器的适配,实现了多驱动部件的智能监控,并在某煤矿工作面进行了现场试验。实践证明:“矿鸿”的应用使工作面各设备实现了互通互联,简化了数据监控流程及监控设备的数量,提升了刮板输送设备智能化水平,可为其他矿井的智能化建设提供借鉴。In view of the current problems of low standardization of data communication of scraper conveying equipment,difficult to realize data sharing,low stability and reliability of information collection and transmission system,on the basis of in-depth research on the functions and advantages of MineHarmony,an intelligent monitoring system architecture of scraper conveying equipment based on MineHarmony was constructed.The intelligent monitoring of multi-drive components was realized through the adaptation of the MineHarmony and the controller of the scraper conveying equipment,and the field test was carried out in the working face of a coal mine.Practice has proved that the application of MineHarmony makes the equipment of the working face interconnect,simplifies the data monitoring process and the number of monitoring equipment,improves the intelligent level of scraper conveying equipment,and can provide reference for the intelligent construction of other mines.
