摘  要:通过拉伸试验和疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验,研究了EH36船板钢在控轧控冷和正火态下的拉伸性能和疲劳裂纹扩展行为。采用扫描电镜观察了钢板的显微组织结构形貌,以及拉伸断口和疲劳裂纹扩展的断裂特征。结果表明:EH36钢的显微组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,并伴有少量碳化物。根据实验数据得到了EH36船板钢在两种状态下的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断裂伸长率,并计算了相应的Paris公式。拉伸断口表面存在大量韧窝,断裂机理主要为韧性断裂;疲劳断口存在大量的疲劳辉纹、二次裂纹和撕裂棱,疲劳裂纹以穿晶方式扩展。The tensile properties and fatigue crack growth behavior of EH36 ship plate steel at thermo-mechanical control process(TMCP)and normalizing states were studied by tensile tests and fatigue crack growth rate tests.The microstructure,fracture characteristics of EH36 steel,including tensile fracture and fatigue crack growth,were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that the microstructure of EH36 steel is composed of ferrite and pearlite with a small amount of carbide.According to the experimental data,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of EH36 ship plate steel in two states were obtained,and the corresponding Paris formulas were calculated.The observation of tensile fracture showed that there were a lot of dimples on the fracture surface,and the fracture mechanism was mainly ductile fracture.The observation of fatigue fracture showed that there were a lot of fatigue striations,secondary cracks and tearing ridges in the fatigue crack propagation region,and the propagation mode of fatigue crack was transgranular fracture.
