摘  要:采用热浸镀技术在钼基体表面制备镀铝涂层,结合X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等对不同热浸镀温度和时间条件下涂层的显微组织、成分、厚度以及相组成进行研究。结果表明,热浸镀温度和时间影响涂层相组成、显微结构和厚度。热浸镀温度为800℃时,涂层主要由Al_(8)Mo_(3)组成;850℃时涂层由纯铝层、Al_(4)Mo层和Al_(8)Mo_(3)层组成;900℃时涂层由纯铝层、Al_(5)Mo层、Al_(4)Mo层和Al_(8)Mo_(3)层组成。提高温度和延长时间能够增加镀铝涂层的厚度,涂层的形成过程主要受涂层和基体界面处的反应控制。The aluminized coating was successfully prepared on the surface of molybdenum substrate by hotdip aluminizing technology.The microstructure,chemical constituent,thickness,and phase composition of the coating were studied systematically using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy under different hot-dip aluminizing temperatures and time.The results showed that the phase composition,microstructure and thickness of the coating were affected by the hot-dip aluminizing temperature and time.When the hot-dip aluminizing temperature was 800℃,the coating was mainly composed of Al_(8)Mo_(3).At 850℃,the coating was composed of pure Al layer,Al_(4)Mo layer and Al_(8)Mo_(3) layer.At 900℃,the coating was composed of pure Al layer,Al_(5)Mo layer,Al_(4)Mo layer and Al_(8)Mo_(3) layer.Increasing the temperature and extending the time could increase the coating thickness,and the formation process of the coating was mainly controlled by the reaction at the interface between the coating and the substrate.
