摘 要:通过激光熔覆技术在X65管线钢表面制备不同Y_(2)O_(3)添加量的铁基合金熔覆涂层,利用自主搭建的多相流冲刷腐蚀模拟实验装置,对不同熔覆层的硬度及腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明:激光熔覆及掺杂Y_(2)O_(3)对X65管线钢熔覆层形貌有显著影响。添加Y_(2)O_(3)后的组织更加均匀致密,熔覆层中缺陷和孔隙数量减少,硬度从606 HV提高至667 HV及633 HV。激光熔覆及添加Y_(2)O_(3)可显著提高X65管线钢在CaCl_(2)溶液中的耐蚀性能,并且Y_(2)O_(3)添加量对X65管线钢的冲刷腐蚀行为影响显著。Y_(2)O_(3)质量分数为0.1%时,熔凝层腐蚀电位最高为-430.7 mV,腐蚀电流密度最小为1.080×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2),过量添加Y_(2)O_(3)至0.2%(质量分数)时,由于第二相析出导致耐蚀性能下降。本研究范围内,添加质量分数为0.1%的Y_(2)O_(3),激光熔覆层的耐CaCl_(2)溶液的冲蚀性能最好。Iron-based alloy cladding coatings with different Y_(2)O_(3) dosages were prepared on the surface of X65 pipeline steel by laser cladding technology.The hardness and corrosion behavior of different cladding layers were studied by using the self-built multiphase flow erosion corrosion simulation experimental device.The results show that laser cladding and doped Y_(2)O_(3) have a significant effect on the morphology of the X65 pipeline steel cladding layer.After the addition of Y_(2)O_(3),the structure is more uniform and denser,the number of defects and pores in the cladding layer is reduced,and the hardness is increased from 606 HV to 667 HV and 633 HV.Laser cladding and Y_(2)O_(3) addition can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of X65 pipeline steel in CaCl_(2) solution,and the amount of Y_(2)O_(3) addition has a significant effect on the erosion and corrosion behavior of X65 pipeline steel.When the mass ratio of Y_(2)O_(3) is 0.1%,the corrosion potential of the molten layer is the highest,which is-430.7 mV,and the corrosion current density is the smallest,which is 1.080×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2),and when the excessive addition of Y_(2)O_(3) to 0.2%(mass fraction),the corrosion resistance is reduced due to the precipitation of the second phase.Within the scope of this study,the laser cladding layer with a mass ratio of 0.1%Y_(2)O_(3) had the best resistance to the erosion of CaCl_(2) solution.
