摘  要:中间坯是热轧带钢生产中粗轧与精轧之间的过渡板坯,保证其温度均匀性可以提高产品质量并降低成本。本文以Deform为基础,对1 580 mm生产线热轧带钢中间坯成形过程中除鳞机出口、定宽压力机出口和两组粗轧机架出口处板坯宽度方向的温度分布规律进行研究,确定最佳出炉温度为1 150~1 175℃,并对最优轧制方案进行验证。Intermediate billet is the transition slab between roughing and finishing rolling in hot rolled strip production.Ensuring its temperature uniformity can improve product quality and save economic cost.In this paper,the temperature distribution law in the width direction of slabs at the exit of descaling machine,the exit of fixed-width press and the exit of two sets of roughing mill stands during the forming process of intermediate billet of 1580 mm production line of hot-rolled strip steel is investigated based on Deform.The optimum temperature was determined to be between 1150℃and 1175℃,and the optimal rolling scheme was verified.
