摘 要:使用Ni-Ti合金钎焊连接ZrO_(2)增韧Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷(ZTA),研究钎焊温度对接头显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:1 300℃保温30 min的钎焊条件下,界面处生成AlNi_(2)Ti+Ni_(2)Ti_(4)O反应层,焊缝中心由TiNi和TiNi_(3)两种相构成。当钎焊温度在1 300~1 380℃范围内升高,Ni_(2)Ti_(4)O层逐渐增厚,AlNi_(2)Ti增多;当钎焊温度达到1 400℃,Ni_(2)Ti_(4)O消失,AlNi_(2)Ti大量存在于焊缝中,ZrO_(2-x)颗粒漂移至焊缝中心,TiO相在ZrO_(2-x)颗粒周围生成。接头强度随着钎焊温度的升高先增大后减小,钎焊温度1 350℃、保温时间30 min时,接头强度最大,达到106 MPa。ZrO_(2) toughened Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics(ZTA)were brazed using Ni-Ti alloy,the effect of brazing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazing joints were studied.The results show that when brazed at 1300℃for 30 min,the reaction layer of AlNi_(2)Ti+Ni_(2)Ti_(4)O was formed at the interface,the center of the brazing seam was composed of TiNi and TiNi_(3).When the brazing temperature increases within the range of 1300~1380℃,Ni_(2)Ti_(4)O layer gradually thickens and AlNi_(2)Ti increases.When the brazing temperature reaches 1400℃,Ni_(2)Ti_(4)O disappears and a large amount of AlNi_(2)Ti exists in the brazing seam.ZrO_(2-x) particles drift to the center of the weld seam,and TiO is generated around the ZrO_(2-x) particles.The shear strength of the joints increases first and then decreases with the increase of brazing temperature,and the maximum shear strength of 106 MPa was obtained when brazed at 1350℃for 30 min.
