人口老龄化背景下的适老化社区建设——以南京江宁区M街道为例

摘　　要：随着中国老龄化进程的加速,与老年人相关的问题日益凸显,关注社区中适老化改造的问题和需求,旨在促进社区发展、提高老年人的生活质量和增强社区凝聚力。本论文以江宁区M街道为例,通过观察、访谈、参与实际工作等方法,对该街道适老化社区的模式进行了深入研究。研究总结了M街道适老化社区的常用模式和具体实践措施,也发现了这些模式下存在的问题。因此,进一步探讨适老化社区具有重要的理论和实践意义,针对这些问题,本文也提出了一些改进建议。As the aging process accelerates in China,issues related to the elderly have become increasingly prominent.Focusing on the issues and needs of age-friendly transformations in communities aims to promote community development,enhance the quality of life for seniors,and strengthen community cohesion.This paper takes M Street in Jiangning District as a case study and conducts an in-depth investigation into the age-friendly community models through methods such as observation,interviews,and participation in practical work.The study summarizes common models and specific practices of age-friendly communities in M Street,while also identifying existing problems within these models.Therefore,further exploration of age-friendly communities holds significant theoretical and practical importance.In light of these issues,this paper also offers some suggestions for improvement.
