积极老龄化视角下老年人参与志愿服务路径探析

摘　　要：我国老龄化问题规模大、增长速度快、程度深。积极老龄化理论在如今发挥着越来越重要的作用。在此视角下的老年志愿服务中,老年人表现出了强烈的参与意愿,但实际行动却相对较少。同时,面临着传统观念排斥、组织发展不足、激励保障机制欠缺以及制度不完善等多方面的挑战。本文从积极老龄化的视角出发,探讨了如何从加强宣传教育、完善相关政策法规、强化社区组织建设、提升志愿者服务教育等四个方面出发,以促进老年人的社会参与和老年人生活质量的提升。The problem of aging in China is large-scale,fast-growing,and deep.Active aging theory is playing an increasingly important role today.In the elderly volunteer service under this perspective,the elderly showed a strong willingness to participate,but there were relatively few practical actions.At the same time,it faces many challenges,such as rejection of traditional concepts,insufficient organizational development,lack of incentive and guarantee mechanism,and imperfect system.From the perspective of active aging,this paper discusses how to promote the social participation of the elderly and the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly from four aspects:strengthening publicity and education,improving relevant policies and regulations,strengthening the construction of community organizations,and improving volunteer service education.
