摘 要:随着全球人口老龄化进程的加快,银发产业的数字化发展成为应对老龄化社会需求的重要途径。本研究以银发产业的数字化发展为主题,分析了数字技术在银发产业中的应用与发展模式,探讨了数字化推动银发产业高质量发展的路径。首先,本文从社会动因、创新动因和政策动因三个方面,归纳了银发产业数字化发展的主要模式。社会动因主导的倒逼模式强调老年人对健康、养老、护理等方面日益增长的需求倒逼产业数字化转型;创新动因主导的增值服务模式则关注技术进步和商业模式创新对产业升级的推动作用;政策动因主导的支持模式则通过政府政策的引导与支持,推动银发产业的数字化发展。其次,研究指出,数字技术如大数据、人工智能、物联网等已成为银发产业实现服务升级和效率提升的关键。最后,本文提出加强数字基础设施建设、推动技术与服务模式创新、完善政策引导与监管体系等对策建议,以推动银发产业数字化的可持续发展。With the acceleration of global population aging,the digital development of the silver industry has become a crucial approach to addressing the needs of an aging society.This study focuses on the digital development of the silver industry,analyzes the application and development models of digital technology within this sector,and explores pathways for promoting high-quality development through digitalization.Firstly,the paper summarizes the main models of digital development in the silver industry from three aspects:social drivers,innovation drivers,and policy drivers.The social-driven pushback model emphasizes how the growing demands of the elderly for health,care,and nursing services push the industry toward digital transformation.The innovation-driven value-added service model highlights how technological progress and business model innovation drive industry upgrades.The policy-driven support model demonstrates how government policies guide and support the digitalization of the silver industry.Secondly,the study indicates that digital technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things have become key factors in achieving service upgrades and efficiency improvements in the silver industry.Finally,the paper proposes recommendations for strengthening digital infrastructure,promoting innovation in technology and service models,and improving policy guidance and regulatory frameworks to facilitate the sustainable digital development of the silver industry.
