农村老年食堂的运营问题及优化路径

摘　　要：我国已进入中度老龄化社会,面对日益增加的养老服务需求和养老服务供给不平衡、不充分的矛盾,如何扩大优质养老服务的有效供给成为当前重大的时代课题,在众多个性化养老需求中,老年人特别是空巢、留守、独居老年群体的“做饭难、吃饭难”问题尤为凸显。本文采用定性研究的方法,对老年食堂的历史进行回顾,介绍老年食堂当前的现状,分析当今社会老年食堂出现的必要性,阐述老年食堂运营过程中会面临的数量不足、经营困难等问题,分析这些问题的原因,最后提出相应的解决方案。China has entered a moderately aged society,and in the face of the increasing demand for elderly care services and the contradiction of unbalanced and insufficient supply of elderly care services,how to expand the effective supply of high-quality elderly care services has become a major issue of the times.Among the many personalized elderly care needs,the problem of“difficulty in cooking and eating”for the elderly,especially for empty-nest,left-behind,and solitary elderly groups,is particularly prominent.This paper adopts a qualitative research method,looks back on the history of elderly canteens,introduces the current situation of elderly canteens,analyzes the necessity of the appearance of elderly canteens in today’s society,elaborates on the problems such as insufficient quantity and difficulties in operation that be encountered in the operation of elderly canteens,analyzes the reasons for these problems,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions.
