摘　　要：随着中国人口老龄化的加速,政府与社会对延迟退休政策开始给予更广泛的重视,这也意味着延迟退休政策已成为解决相关问题的关键策略之一。本文旨在从积极老龄化的视角出发,深入探讨延迟退休政策对社会的整体经济、社会及老年人的心理健康等多重领域的效果,分析它在打造一个更广泛和可持续的社会福利框架中所起到的关键作用,并向政策制定者提出一系列实用和有效的政策建议,以推动老年人的全面参与和社会福祉的提升。希望这些建议能够为推进社会福利体系的持续发展提供有力的参考依据,以确保老年群体都能在社会环境中找到合适的位置并实现个人价值。With the acceleration of population aging in China,the government and society have begun to pay more extensive attention to the policy of delayed retirement,which also means that the policy of delayed retirement has become one of the key strategies to solve related problems.This article aims to explore the effects of the delayed retirement policy on multiple areas,such as the overall economy,society,and the mental health of the elderly from the perspective of active aging,analyze its key role in building a broader and sustainable social welfare framework,and propose a series of practical and effective policy recommendations to policymakers to promote the full participation of the elderly and the improvement of social welfare.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide a strong reference for promoting the sustainable development of the social welfare system,ensuring that the elderly can find a suitable position in the social environment and realize their personal value.
