老龄化背景下农村残疾人养老问题及对策的研究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,我国老年人口的残疾化和残疾人口的老年化问题表现得尤为严峻,农村残疾人的养老保障问题日趋突出。同时,党的十八大以来,国家也高度重视残疾人共同富裕的问题。残疾人养老问题不仅关系到残疾人自身的福祉,也关系到社会的和谐与稳定。因此,本文聚焦于人口老龄化的背景下,分析目前农村残疾人养老的现状和存在的问题,探讨农村残疾人养老的对策,旨在为农村残疾人的养老服务提供理论支持和实践指导,改善他们的养老状况。With the intensification of population aging,the problem of disability among the elderly population and the aging of the disabled population in China are particularly severe,and the issue of pension security for the disabled people in rural areas is becoming increasingly prominent.At the same time,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has also attached great importance to the issue of common prosperity for persons with disabilities.The issue of pensions for persons with disabilities is not only related to the well-being of themselves,but also to the harmony and stability of society.Therefore,this article focuses on the context of population aging,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of pension for the disabled people in rural areas,and explores countermeasures for pension for the disabled people in rural areas,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the pension services for the disabled people in rural areas and improve their pension conditions.
