积极老龄化视域下农村留守老人精神养老对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化进程的不断加剧,农村留守老人的精神养老问题逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。留守老人不仅面临身体健康方面的挑战,更多的是情感孤独、心理空虚和社会隔离等精神困境。在“积极老龄化”理念的指导下,推动农村留守老人的精神养老成为提升其生活质量和幸福感的重要途径。本文从积极老龄化的视角出发,分析了农村留守老人精神养老的现状与面临的主要问题,探讨了通过厚植农村传统文化、创新养老服务模式、建设社会支持网络等手段来改善农村老年人精神健康的对策。研究认为,积极老龄化不仅要求在物质层面保障老年人的基本生活条件,更应在精神层面为其提供丰富的文化活动、社交互动和心理慰藉,促进老年人心身健康的全面发展。最后,文章提出了政策建议和实践路径,包括加强意识教育、健全服务体系、推广智慧养老和加强文化建设,以实现农村留守老人的积极老龄化和全面福祉。As the aging process in China continues to intensify,the issue of spiritual elderly care for left-behind elderly in rural areas has gradually become a focal point of social concern.These elderly individuals not only face challenges in terms of physical health,but also are plagued by emotional loneliness,psychological emptiness,and social isolation.Under the guidance of the“active aging”concept,promoting spiritual elderly care for rural left-behind elderly has become an important approach to improving their quality of life and well-being.This paper,from the perspective of active aging,analyzes the current situation and major issues surrounding the spiritual elderly care of rural left-behind elderly.It explores strategies to improve their mental health through strengthening traditional rural culture,innovating pension service models,and building social support networks.The study suggests that active aging should not only ensure the basic living conditions of the elderly at the material level,but also provide them with rich cultural activities,social interactions,and psychological support at the spiritual level,thus promoting the overall development of their physical and mental health.Finally,the paper proposes policy recommendations and practical pathways,including raising awareness education,improving service systems,promoting smart elderly care,and strengthening cultural development to achieve active aging and overall well-being for rural left-behind elderly.
