医养结合视阈下智慧社区健康养老模式探究

摘　　要：我国是全球老年人口数量最多的国家,人口老龄化形势日益严峻。随着人们健康意识的增强,老年人对健康养老的需求逐年攀升。家庭养老和机构养老等传统养老模式由于偏重于养老照护,医疗保健作用不足,已无法满足老年人多元化、个性化的健康养老需求,因此转变养老模式刻不容缓。构建医养结合型智慧社区健康养老模式,是解决养老困境、实现健康老龄化的有效途径。目前,智慧社区健康养老模式尚属于新型养老模式,在构建和应用过程中存在一些问题和掣肘,只有通过完善政策体系、打通资金渠道、加强人才培养、整合信息平台、加强宣传力度等多措并举才能破解存在的困境,发挥智慧社区健康养老模式的优势,推动实现健康老龄化。China has the largest elderly population in the world and the aging population situation is becoming increasingly serious.With the enhancement of people's health consciousness,the demand for healthy elderly care among the elderly is increasing year by year.The traditional elderly care models,such as family care and institutional care,which focus more on elderly care are lack of sufficient health care functions,and can no longer meet the diverse and personalized needs of the elderly.Therefore,it is urgent to transform the elderly care model.The construction of a medical and elderly care combination type of intelligent community elderly care model is an effective way to solve the elderly dilemma and realize healthy elderly care.At present,the intelligent community elderly care model is a new type of elderly care model,and its construction and application have some problems and constraints.Only through improving the policy system,opening up fund channels,strengthening talent development,integrating information platforms,and strengthening publicity efforts,the existing difficulties can be solved.The advantages of the intelligent community elderly care model can be brought into play to promote healthy aging.
