摘 要:目的探究情绪释放疗法(emotional freedom techniques,EFT)对医务人员情绪自我效能感和医患关系和谐度的影响。方法选取2022年10月-2023年8月间广东省佛山市5所医院中自愿参加课程培训的852名医务人员作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(n=426)和EFT组(n=426),常规组进行常规心理干预培训,EFT组在常规组基础上进行EFT培训。课程前后,评估并比较两组医务人员的负性情绪[压力知觉量表(CPSS)、医院焦虑-抑郁量表(HADS)]、社会心理适应性、情绪自我效能感(RESE)、工作幸福感、医患关系和谐度(DDPRQ-10)。结果干预后,EFT组CPSS和HADA评分均低于常规组((t=21.195和27.864,P<0.05),EFT组社会心理适应性评分高于常规组(t=26.364,P<0.05),EFT组RESE高于常规组(t=38.936,P<0.05),EFT组工作幸福感评分高于常规组(t=36.285,P<0.05),EFT组DDPRQ-10评分低于常规组(t=78.906,P<0.05)。结论情绪释放疗法可有效缓解医务人员的焦虑、抑郁和心理压力,显著提升其社会心理适应性、情绪自我效能感和工作幸福感,促进医患关系和谐发展。Objective To explore the influence of emotional freedom technique(EFT)on emotional self-efficacy of medical staff and doctor-patient relationship harmony.Methods 852 medical staff who volunteered to participate in the course training in five hospitals of Foshan City,Guangdong Province were selected as the study subjects from October 2022 to August 2023,and they were randomly divided into conventional group(n=426)and EFT group(n=426).The conventional group received conventional psychological intervention training,while the EFT group was given EFT training on the basis of the conventional group.The negative emotions[Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Hospital Anxiety-Depression Scale(HADS)],psychosocial adaptability,Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy(RESE),work well-being and Difficult Doctor Patient Relationship Questionnaire(DDPRQ-10)of the two groups of medical staff were evaluated and compared before and after the course.Results The scores of CPSS and HADA in EFT group were lower than those in conventional group after intervention(t=21.195,27.864,P<0.05).The scores of psychosocial adaptability in EFT group after intervention were higher than those in conventional group(t=26.364,P<0.05).The scores of RESE in EFT group were higher after intervention(t=38.936,P<0.05).The scores of work well-being in EFT group were higher compared with those in conventionalgroup after intervention(t=36.285,P<0.05).The DDPRQ-10 scores after intervention were lower in EFT group than those in conventional group(t=78.906,P<0.05).Conclusion EFT can effectively alleviate the anxiety,depression and psychological stress of medical staff,significantly enhance the psychosocial adaptability,emotional self-efficacy and work well-being,and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
