四川省免费避孕药具的使用情况及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解四川省免费避孕药具使用情况及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法确定调查点,各调查点采用配额抽样抽取调查对象,基于“问卷星”平台利用自行设计的问卷进行线上调查。结果调查回收有效问卷9395份,其中有性生活者8370人;在有性生活的人群中,知晓免费避孕药具者7430人,占88.77%。有性生活且知晓免费避孕药具的2811名男性和4619名女性中免费避孕套使用率分别为65.21%和77.09%。影响因素分析显示,女性、年龄大者、农村居民、收入较低者更倾向于愿意使用免费避孕药具;在男性中,文化程度高于小学文化者倾向于更愿意使用免费避孕药具,但女性正好相反。相比于同性别的医学生及医务工作者,女性农林牧业从业者免费避孕药具使用率高,其他职业免费避孕药具使用率均较低。结论免费避孕药具要有针对性地发放给农村地区、收入低居民或老年居民。Objective This research aimed to examine the use of complimentary contraceptive devices and the influencing factors on their usage in Sichuan Province.Method A multi-stage stratified sampling approach was employed to select survey locations.Quota sampling was used to recruit respondents,with data collection conducted via an online questionnaire.Results The survey yielded 9395 valid responses,of which 8370 participants were sexually active.Among them,7430 respondents(88.77%)were aware of the availability of free contraceptives.Usage rates were 65.21%among the 2811 men and 77.09%among the 4619 women surveyed.The study revealed a higher inclination towards the use of free contraceptives among women,older individuals,rural residents,and lower-income groups.Notably,men with education beyond primary school showed a greater propensity for using these contraceptives,while the opposite trend was observed in women.Female agricultural workers demonstrated the highest rates of free contraceptive use compared to other professions.Conclusion The findings indicate that the distribution of free contraceptives should be strategically focused on rural areas,targeting low-income and elderly populations,to enhance accessibility and usage.
