血液肿瘤患者社会支持水平与精神应对能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血液肿瘤患者精神应对能力与社会支持水平的相关性。方法选取2018年1月-2023年6月在四川大学华西医院治疗的血液肿瘤患者510例,运用精神应对态度量表和社会支持评定量表评估患者精神应对能力和社会支持水平,分析不同临床特征患者精神应对能力和社会支持水平差异。结果患者精神应对能力平均得分(22.91±7.50)分;社会支持平均得分(61.82±8.82)分;不同年龄、婚姻状况、学历及宗教信仰的患者精神应对能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、婚姻状况患者社会支持评分差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神应对能力评分与社会支持评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。各维度相关分析显示,寻求精神支持维度、疾病的积极理解维度得分与家庭外支持维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05);寻求精神支持维度、疾病的积极理解维度得分与家庭内支持维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05);信仰维度得分与家庭外、家庭内支持维度得分无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论血液肿瘤患者精神应对能力、社会支持水平受年龄、婚姻状况等因素的影响,同时精神应对能力与社会支持水平存在正相关关系。Objective To explore the correlation between mental coping ability and social support level in patients with hematologic tumors.Methods A total of 510 patients with hematologic tumors who were treated in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2018 to June 2023 were selected to evaluate the patients'mental coping ability and social support level using the mental coping attitude scale and social support rating scale,and the diffe-rences in mental coping ability and social support level among patients with different clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results Among 510 patients,the average score of mental coping ability was(22.91±7.50)points,the ave-rage score of social support was(61.82±8.82)points.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of mental coping ability among patients of different ages,marital status,educational background,and religious beliefs(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in social support scores among patients of different ages,high school and above education levels(P<0.05)The score of mental coping ability was positively correlated with the score of social support(P<0.05).Analysis of various dimensions showed that:the scores of seeking psychological support,positive understanding of diseases,and external support dimensions were positively correlated(P<0.05).The scores of seeking psychological support,positive understanding of diseases,and family support were positively correlated(P<0.05);There was no significant correlation(P>0.05)between the scores of faith dimension and the scores of support dimension outside and within the family.Conclusion The mental coping ability and social support level of blood tumor patients are influenced by factors such as age and marital status,and there is a positive correlation between mental coping ability and social support level.
