摘　　要：目的汉化FIT-KS生育知识评分量表(Fertility and Infertility Treatment Knowledge Score,FIT-KS),并在育龄人群中进行信效度检验。方法对FIT-KS生育知识评分量表进行跨文化调试和专家函询,形成中文版FIT-KS生育知识评分量表。选取318例研究对象,其中,170例为2022年12月-2023年2月就诊于乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院生殖医学中心的患者,59例为就职于该医院的医务人员以及89例为就读于新疆某医学院校的医学生,应用中文版FIT-KS量表进行调查,并对其结果进行信效度检验。结果中文版FIT-KS量表各条目与总分之间的相关系数为0.353~0.704,区分度为0.48~0.91,各条目的难度系数为0.21~0.81。量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.827,重测信度为0.786。量表各条目的内容效度指数为0.71~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.936;经探索性因子分析,共提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为50.038%;经验证性因子分析得出:卡方自由度比为2.624,近似误差均方根为0.072,拟合优度指数为0.818,比较拟合指数为0.889,标准拟合指数为0.834,非标准化拟合指数为0.875。结论中文版FIT-KS量表在育龄人群中具有较好的信效度,可作为其生育知识掌握程度的快速评估工具。Objective To translate the Fertility and Infertility Treatment Knowledge Score(FIT-KS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in the Chinese reproductive-aged population.Methods The FIT-KS fertility knowledge scoring scale was cross-culturally adjusted and expert consultation was conducted to form the Chinese version of the FIT-KS fertility knowledge scoring scale.In 318 subjects,170 patients who visited the reproductive medicine center of a tertiary-level A hospital in Urumqi from December 2022 to February 2023,59 medical staff working in the hospital,and 89 medical students studying in a medical school in Xinjiang were selected.The Chinese version of the FIT-KS scale was used for investigation,and the results were tested for reliability and validity.Results The correlation coefficients between each item and the total score of the Chinese version of the FIT-KS were 0.353-0.704,the difficulty coefficients of each item were 0.21-0.81,and the discrimination coefficients were 0.48-0.91.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient for the Chinese version of the FIT-KS was 0.827,and the test-retest reliability was 0.786.The Item-Content Validity Index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.71-1.00,and the Scale-Content Validity Index/average(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.936;2 common factors were extracted through exploratory factor analysis,and the accumulated variance contribution rate was 50.038%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed:χ2/d f=2.624;Root Mean Square Error of Approximation was 0.072;Comparative Fit Index was 0.889;Goodness of Fit Index was 0.818;Normed Fit Index was 0.834;Tucker-Lewis Index was 0.875.Conclusion The Chinese version of the FIT-KS has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a rapid assessment tool to evaluate the degree of fertility know-ledge among the reproductive-aged population.
