摘 要:为研究共振强度对声共振混合制备热塑性弹性体推进剂混合均匀性的影响,采用扫描电镜能谱分析(SEM-EDS)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析(ICP-OES)、密度测定等方法,分析不同共振强度条件下(30 g~60 g)制得的推进剂样品配方各组分的分布均匀性,并对比研究了热熔再混合对推进剂机械感度、燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:配方中Al、AP等大组分填料、燃速调节剂等微量助剂组分均匀分布所需的最低共振强度分别为40 g、60 g,说明推进剂配方中不同组分实现均匀分布所需的最低共振混合强度要求存在差异,该配方的优选声共振混合工艺为温度95℃、共振强度60 g、混合时间20 min;由于在热塑性推进剂的重复成型过程中,黏合剂发生了少量损耗,使得推进剂机械感度略有下降,燃烧性能保持相对稳定。In order to study the influence of resonance intensity on the mixing uniformity of thermoplastic elastomer propellant prepared by resonant acoustic mixing(RAM),the distribution uniformity of each component of propellant samples prepared under different resonance intensities(30 g~60 g)was analyzed by means of SEM(EDS),ICP-OES and density measurement,and the influence of hot melt remixing on mechanical sensitivity and combustion performance of propellants was compared and studied.The results show that the minimum resonance intensity required for uniform distribution of main components such as Al and AP,and minor auxiliary components such as burning rate regulator is 40 g and 60 g respectively,which indicates that the minimum resonance mixing intensity required for uniform distribution of different components in the propellant formulation is different.The optimum mixing condition of RAM as follows:temperature at 95℃,resonance intensity of 60 g,mixing time of 20 min.Due to a little loss of binder during the repeated molding process of thermoplastic propellant,the mechanical sensitivity of the propellant decreases slightly,and the combustion performance remains relatively stable.
