电控固体推进剂常压燃速与电能参数的响应关系研究

摘  要:电控固体推进剂的燃烧性能研究主要集中在燃速与电压之间的响应特性,不足以准确描述其与外部电能参数的响应关系。选用代表性的硝酸盐HAN基和高氯酸盐PP基推进剂,采用位移传感器法研究了常压下电压、电流和功率等电能参数对推进剂燃速的影响以及不同填料配方的HAN基推进剂燃速与外部电能参数的响应关系,并对推进剂燃速与各电能参数的响应相关性分别进行数据拟合分析。结果表明,HAN基和PP基推进剂燃速与电压、电流和功率参数在多数情况下呈正相关关系,添加不同含量Al、AP或RDX的HAN基推进剂燃速与这些电能参数也呈现相同相关性;推进剂燃速与功率参数的响应相关性最佳,均高于同等条件下与电压或电流参数的响应相关性。功率是电能参数中影响电控固体推进剂燃速的最主要因素。At present,the research on combustion performance of electronically controlled solid propellants(ESP)mainly focuses on the response relationship between burning rate and voltage,which is not enough to describe the response relationship between burning rate and electrical parameters accurately.The representative nitrate HAN-based and perchlorate PP-based propellants were selected to research the influence of electric parameters such as voltage,current and power on the burning rate of propellants at atmospheric pressure and the response relationship between the burning rate of HAN-based propellants with different filler formulations and external electric parameters were studied by means of the displacement sensor method.The response correlation between the burning rate of propellant and each electric energy parameters was analyzed by data fitting respectively.The results show that the burning rates of HAN-based and PP-based propellants are positively correlated with voltage,current and power parameters in most cases,and the burning rates of HAN-based propellants with different contents of Al,AP or RDX also show the same correlation with these electrical parameters.The response correlation between propellant burning rate and power parameter is the best,which is higher than that with voltage or current parameter under the same conditions.Power is the most important factor affecting the burning rate of electronically controlled solid propellants.
