噁二唑类含能金属盐对高燃速丁羟推进剂性能的影响

摘  要:为了改善高燃速丁羟推进剂在低压下的燃烧性能,以4-四唑-5-硝氨基呋咱钾盐为基体,通过置换反应,与Cu^(2+)、Fe^(2+)进行配合,制备了2种分别以铜离子和亚铁离子为金属离子、4-四唑-5-硝氨基呋咱为阴离子的含能金属盐CuC_(3)N8O_(3)(CM-1)、FeC_(3)N8O_(3)(FM-1),并利用X射线单晶衍射、元素分析、TG-DSC对其性能进行了分析。结果表明,化合物CM-1与FM-1的热稳定性良好,分解峰温分别为276.5℃与269.7℃,撞击感度分别为38.4 J和40.8 J,对推进剂的感度不会产生不良影响。CM-1、FM-1用作高燃速丁羟推进剂燃速调节剂时,两者都能够有效提高推进剂在低压下的燃速,并且具有良好的压强指数。相比之下,FM-1的燃速调节作用效果更为明显,在使用FM-1时,推进剂燃速由16.3 mm/s提升至22.1 mm/s(1 MPa),增幅约为35.6%,1~6.86 MPa下的燃速压强指数由0.32降低至0.19。In order to improve the combustion performance of high burning rate propellants at low pressure,two kinds of organic burning rate catalyst,energetic metal salts CuC_(3)N8O_(3)(CM-1)and FeC_(3)N8O_(3)(FM-1)with Cu^(2+)and Fe^(2+)as metal ions and 4-tetrazol-5-nitroaminofurazan as anion,were prepared by substitution reaction with Cu^(2+)and Fe^(2+)by using 4-tetrazole-5-nitrofurazan as matrix.The properties of energetic salts were analyzed by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction,elemental analysis and TG-DSC.The results show that the thermal stability of CM-1 and FM-1 is good.The decomposition peak temperatures of CM-1 and FM-1 are 276.5℃and 269.7℃respectively.The impact sensitivities of CM-1 and FM-1 are 38.4 J and 40.8 J respectively.There is no adverse influence on the sensitivity of propellant.When CM-1 and FM-1 are used as burning rate modifiers for high burning rate HTPB propellant,both of them can effectively increase the burning rate of propellants at low pressure and have good pressure exponent.In contrast,the burning rate adjustment effect of FM-1 is more obvious.When FM-1 is used,the burning rate of propellant is increased from 16.3 mm/s to 22.1 mm/s(at 1 MPa),which is increased by 35.6%,and the burning rate pressure exponent at 1~6.86 MPa is decreased from 0.32 to 0.19.
