摘 要:针对多内孔药柱含多个气孔缺陷的药柱结构完整性问题,对含有2处、3处气孔缺陷的某型多内孔药柱I号、II号进行低温贮存与点火载荷下药柱结构完整性分析,结合药柱射线检测照片建立有限元分析模型,探究缺陷尺寸和位置对药柱应变分布的影响规律,最终以低温试车试验检验其内弹道性能。结果表明:I、II号药柱在低温贮存时能够满足结构强度要求,但在低温点火时局部等效应变将超过断裂伸长率;应变大小与缺陷尺寸正相关,同药柱最小肉厚负相关;相邻气孔缺陷会互相作用,提升药柱的局部应变,该相互作用同气孔间最小肉厚负相关,在气孔间的最小肉厚大于药柱最小肉厚约2倍时可忽略;存在相互作用的气孔缺陷中,小尺寸气孔受相互作用影响更加显著;气孔半径增大会提升该气孔对另一气孔的影响;I号药柱在低温点火过程中可能未失效或失效范围较小,不会对发生器的内弹道性能产生影响;存在相邻缺陷的II号药柱发生了失效并较大程度改变了药柱结构,影响了药柱内弹道性能。Aiming at the structural integrity problem of multi-bore grain with multiple porosity defects,the grain structural integrity of a certain type of multi-bole Grain I and Grain II with two or three porosity defects under low temperature storage and ignition load were analyzed.The finite element analysis model was established by combining the grain radiographic inspection photos,and the influence of defect size and position on the structural strength of the grain was explored.Finally,the internal ballistic performance was tested by low temperature firing test.The calculation and analysis results show that the Grain I and Grain II can meet the structural strength requirements during low-temperature storage,but local strain will exceed the elongation at break during ignition;the strain size is positively correlated with the pore size and negatively correlated with the minimum grain thickness,and adjacent pore will interact with each other.This interaction is negatively correlated with the minimum thickness between pores,and can be ignored when the minimum thickness between pores is about twice the minimum thickness of the grain.When there is interaction between two adjacent pores with different sizes of pores,the interaction between small-sized pores is more significant.An increase in pore radius will enhance the interaction between two pores.There may not be failure or has partial failure of the Grain I during the low-temperature ignition process,which have not a significant impact on the expansion of the combustion surface.The Grain II with adjacent pores undergo large-scale structural changes due to pore failure,which alter the combustion surface expansion process and affect the internal ballistic performance of the grain.
