“以爱促评”在新时代大学生党员理想信念建设中的教育路径研究

摘　　要：基于武汉及周边部分地区5所高校在校大学生和研究生1000多份问卷调查,分析得出新时代大学生理想信念建设的主动意识不强,入党动机呈现多元化特点,同时学校对于理想信念建设的规律性把握和制度建设等方面尚存在不足。针对以上不足,本文提出了新时代大学生党员理想信念党前、党内、党后协同作用的创新教育路径,即通过对学生家庭、人格、心理、认知、实践等背景的“一摸”“二查”助力学生的党前审核,在了解学生的个性特点的基础上针对性开展党员的“三严”培养,在培养过程中以“四入、五育、六爱、七评”的教育模式,助力规范化、严谨性、可持续发展的党内培养和党后监督制度,以“以爱促评”的方式助力新时代大学生党员理想信念教育。Based on a survey and analysis of over 1000 college and graduate students from five universities in Wuhan and surrounding areas,it was found that in the new era,the main problems of college students'ideal beliefs are weak awareness of ideal beliefs,diversified motivations for joining the Communist Party,and inadequate institutional construction and lack of regularity in the school's ideal belief system.This article proposes an innovative education path for the ideal and belief of college student party members in the new era through the coordinated effect of pre party,intra party,and post party education.Firstly,through"one touch"and"two checks"on students'family,personality,psychology,cognition,practice,and other backgrounds,targeted"three stricts"training for party members is carried out on the premise of understanding students'personalities.At the same time,the training process achieves four in,five in,six in,and seven out evaluations,which helps to standardize,rigorously,and sustainably develop intra party training,and post party supervision.To assist in the education of the ideals and beliefs of college student party members in the new era through the approach of"promoting evaluation with love".
