摘　　要：产业集聚和科技创新是促进经济高质量增长的重要动力,两者互相作用共同推进区域经济发展,进而提升国家及地区的核心竞争力。市场驱动型与政府引导型两种不同的产业集聚是否对企业的创新战略选择发挥着不同的作用?本文在梳理产业集聚类型对企业专利战略发展影响机理基础上,以2007—2020年沪深A股制造业上市公司为研究对象,实证检验不同类型产业集聚对企业专利战略发展的影响以及龙头企业对二者之间的调节效应与异质性分析。研究发现:(1)我国制造业产业集聚对企业专利投入战略和专利防御战略都有显著促进作用。(2)市场驱动型和政府引导型产业集聚对企业专利投入战略发展的促进作用并没有显著差异;相对于市场驱动型产业集聚,政府引导型产业集聚对企业专利防御战略的促进作用更为强烈。(3)龙头企业在产业集聚与企业专利投入战略之间起到正向的调节作用,而与专利防御战略之间没有起到调节作用。进一步研究发现,在东部地区,龙头企业对产业集聚与企业专利投入战略之间起到正向的调节作用,对专利防御战略之间没有起到调节作用;对于中西部地区企业,龙头企业对产业集聚和专利投入战略以及专利防御战略之间都没有起到调节作用。研究结论为助力发展产业集聚,推动企业专利战略发展提供了政策启示。Industrial agglomeration and scientific and technological innovation are important driving forces to promote high-quality economic growth,and the two interact to promote regional economic development,which enhance the core competitiveness of the country and the region.Do market-driven and government-guided industrial clusters play different roles in the choice of innovation strategy?On the basis of sorting out the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration types on the development of enterprises'patent strategy,this paper takes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2007 to 2020 as samples,empirically tests the influence of different types of industrial agglomeration on the development of enterprises'patent strategy,and analyzes the moderating effect and heterogeneity between leading enterprises.The results show that:(1)China's manufacturing industry agglomeration has a significant role in promoting patent investment strategy and patent defense strategy.(2)There is no significant difference between market-driven and government-led industrial agglomeration in promoting the strategic development of patent investment;Compared with market-driven industrial agglomeration,government-guided industrial agglomeration has a stronger promoting effect on patent defense strategy.(3)Leading enterprises have a positive moderating effect between industrial agglomeration and patent investment strategy,but no moderating effect between leading enterprises and patent defense strategy.Further research shows that in the eastern region,leading enterprises have a positive moderating effect on industrial agglomeration and patent investment strategy,but no moderating effect on patent defense strategy.For enterprises in the central and western regions,leading enterprises have no regulating effect on industrial agglomeration,patent investment strategy and patent defense strategy.The research conclusion provides policy enlightenment for improving the development of industrial agglomeration and promoting the de
