摘 要:研究了无取向电工钢不同种类保护渣对钢水增碳的影响,通过对比分析,发现保护渣的成分以及理化性能是决定钢水增碳的主要因素之一,对开浇第一块板坯(B坯)在浇铸长度上连续取样,得到开浇板坯增碳的主要范围以及变化趋势。采用固定变量的方式分析了开浇工艺对保护渣增碳的影响。结果表明:采用减少保护渣中自由碳的含量、适当降低保护渣的熔点、提升保护渣的黏度,以及保证开浇拉速与过热度的方法可以控制保护渣增碳量。此外,通过试验分析以及生产验证,提出了对开浇初期板坯增碳产生影响的其他关键因素,最后提出了改进建议。The influence of different kinds of mold fluxes on the carbon pick-up of molten steel in non-oriented electrical steel was studied.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the composition and physical and chemical properties of casting powder were one of the main factors determining the carbon pick-up of molten steel.Through continuous sampling of the casting length of the first slab(B slab),the main range and change trend of the carbon pick-up of the slab were found.The influence of the pouring process on the carbon pick-up of the casting powder was analyzed by means of fixed variables.The results show that reducing the content of free carbon in the casting powder,appropriately reducing the melting point of the casting powder,increasing the viscosity of the casting powder,and ensuring the casting speed and superheat could control the carbon pick-up of the casting powder.In addition,through experimental analysis and production verification,other key factors that affected the carbon pick-up of slab at the initial stage of casting were put forward,and suggestions for improvement were put forward finally.
