摘  要:某20CrMnTi热轧圆钢表面出现裂纹,采用漏磁检测、磁粉检测、金相检验等方法对裂纹进行观察和分析。结果表明:缺陷内部存在灰色氧化物质点,缺陷周围存在明显脱碳。通过改善连铸冷却工况、调整保护渣参数指标等措施,消除了铸坯表面的横、纵裂纹缺陷,从而解决了20CrMnTi热轧圆钢的表面质量问题。Cracks appeared on the surface of a 20CrMnTi hot rolled round steel.The cracks were observed and analyzed by means of magnetic flux leakage detection,magnetic particle detection and metallographic examination.The results show that there were gray oxide particles inside the defect,and there was obvious decarburization around the defect.The transverse and longitudinal cracks on the surface of the slab were eliminated by improving the cooling conditions of continuous casting and adjusting the parameters of the mold flux,so as to solve the surface quality problem of 20CrMnTi hot rolled round steel.
