摘　　要：综合分析了火电厂阀杆发生断裂的原因,讨论了阀杆断裂的自身因素和外部因素,其中自身因素主要包括阀杆的材料和结构;外部因素主要包括服役条件、阀门结构和阀门附近管道布置。总结了最近几年火电厂阀杆的断裂案例,分析结果可为阀杆材料的设计、加工制造、服役,以及机组设计、运行方面存在的问题提供指导意见,以保证火电机组的平稳、安全运行。The causes of the fracture of the valve stem in the thermal power plant are comprehensively analyzed,and the self-factors and external factors of the valve stem fracture are discussed.The self-factors mainly include the material and structure of the valve stem.External factors mainly include service conditions,valve structure and pipeline layout near the valve.The cases of valve stem fracture in thermal power plants in recent years are summarized.The analysis results can provide guidance for the problems of valve stem materials in design,processing manufacturing,service,and unit design and operation,so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of thermal power units.
