摘  要:某杆端自润滑关节轴承在进行摆动磨损标准符合性试验时,杆端体耳环部出现异常断裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜分析等方法分析了轴承杆端体断裂的原因。结果表明:该轴承杆端体理论寿命远长于实际寿命,杆端体断裂形式为疲劳断裂,断裂起源于杆端体耳环处内表面与轴承外圈装配面间的倒角微动损伤处,微动损伤与拉压循环载荷下轴承的扭矩异常波动有关。During the standard compliance test of swing wear of a rod end self-lubricating spherical plain bearing,abnormal fracture occurred in the ear ring of the rod end body.The causes of the fracture of the bearing rod end body were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the theoretical life of the bearing rod end body was much longer than the actual life.The fracture mode of the rod end body was fatigue fracture.The fracture originated from the chamfer fretting damage between the inner surface of the earring of the rod end body and the assembly surface of the outer ring of the bearing.The fretting damage was related to the abnormal fluctuation of the torque of the bearing under the cyclic load of tension and compression.
