摘  要:采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析等方法对某42CrMo4钢风扇传动轴断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:风扇轴发生早期扭转疲劳断裂的主要原因是电机系统(轴承、风扇、风扇轴)运行过程中,滚动轴承额定承载能力存在薄弱点,使轴承出现早期偏磨损伤,系统出现剧烈的扭转振动,导致轴承发生扭转疲劳断裂。建议改进电机系统的稳定性,如使用滑动轴承。The fracture causes of a 42CrMo4 steel fan drive shaft were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the main reason for the early torsional fatigue fracture of the fan shaft was that during the operation of the motor system(bearing,fan,fan shaft),there was a weak point in the rated bearing capacity of the rolling bearing,which caused early eccentric wear damage to the bearing and severe torsional vibration of the system,resulting in torsional fatigue fracture of the bearing.It was recommended to improve the stability of the motor system,such as the use of sliding bearings.
