摘  要:某注水井柔性复合高压管线发生开裂事故,采用宏观观察、壁厚测量、密度和硬度测试、交联度测试、耐老化性测试、维卡软化温度和拉伸性能测试、红外光谱分析等方法分析其开裂原因。结果表明:该开裂管内衬层为交联聚乙烯,属于Ⅱ型高压柔性复合管,各项性能无明显下降,符合标准要求;6层涤纶纤维的耐压强度小于标准要求的3倍公称压力,而8层涤纶纤维的耐压强度可达到耐压要求;部分涤纶纤维与渗入的注水相互作用,导致材料性能下降;内衬层接头附近存在机械损伤,使管体承压能力下降。The flexible composite high-pressure pipeline of a water injection well was cracked.The causes of cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,wall thickness measurement,density and hardness test,crosslinking degree test,aging resistance test,Vicat softening temperature and tensile property test,infrared spectrum analysis and so on.The results show that the inner lining of the cracked pipe was cross-linked polyethylene,which belonged to typeⅡhigh-pressure flexible composite pipe.The performance of the pipe did not decrease significantly,which met the requirements of the standard.The compressive strength of the 6-layer polyester fiber was less than 3 times the nominal pressure required by the standard,while the compressive strength of the 8-layer polyester fiber could meet the pressure requirements.Some polyester fibers interacted with the infiltrated water injection,resulting in a decrease in material properties.There was mechanical damage near the lining joint,which reduced the pressure bearing capacity of the pipe body.
