摘  要:某电厂低温过热器出口集箱接管角焊缝产生裂纹,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、硬度测试等方法分析了裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:裂纹启裂于接管外壁角焊缝熔合线附近粗晶区,终止于热影响区细晶区,具有明显的再热裂纹特征;裂纹产生时间较长且未发生明显扩展,表明开裂是在集箱管接座焊后热处理过程中发生的。Cracks were found in the fillet weld of the tube of the outlet header of the low temperature superheater in a power plant.The causes of the cracks were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope analysis and hardness test.The results show that the crack initiated in the coarse grain zone near the fusion line of the fillet weld on the outer wall of the tube and terminated in the fine grain zone of the heat affected zone,which had obvious reheat crack characteristics.The crack generation time was long and no obvious expansion occurred,indicating that the cracking occurred during the post-weld heat treatment process of the header tube socket.
