摘　　要：目的探讨心脏康复护理在行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2023年10月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队庐山康复疗养中心收治的96例行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗的冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有患者随机分为康复组和对照组各48例。康复组实施心脏康复护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组护理满意度以及护理前后心功能、运动耐力、生活质量。结果康复组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组心功能、运动耐力、生活质量均较护理前得到改善,且护理后康复组上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗的冠心病患者采用心脏康复护理,可有效改善患者的心功能,提高运动耐力、生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI admitted to Lushan Rehabilitation Center,Joint Logistic Support Force of PLA from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group with 48 cases in each group.The rehabilitation group received cardiac rehabilitation nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.Compare the nursing satisfaction,heart function,exercise endurance,and quality of life between two groups before and after nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the heart function,exercise endurance,and quality of life in both groups improved compared to before nursing,and the above indicators in the rehabilitation group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can effectively improve their cardiac function,enhance exercise endurance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
