摘　　要：目的探讨在介入室行支气管动脉栓塞术治疗的咯血患者中行综合护理的效果。方法选取2023年8月—2024年2月在天津市海河医院介入室进行支气管动脉栓塞术治疗的88例咯血患者作为研究对象。所有患者采取随机数字表法分为常规组和综合组,每组各44例。常规组采用常规护理,综合组采用综合护理。比较两组护理质量、护理满意度、并发症发生情况和住院时间,以及护理前后的心理状况和生活质量。结果护理后两组心理状况和生活质量评分均较护理前得到改善,且护理后综合组心理状况和生活质量评分均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组护理质量及护理满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对在介入室行支气管动脉栓塞术治疗的咯血患者采用综合护理,可提高护理质量,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,促进患者恢复,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with hemoptysis undergoing bronchial artery embolization(BAE)in the intervention room.Methods A total of 88 patients with hemoptysis who underwent BAE in the intervention room of Tianjin Haihe Hospital from August 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were randomly divided into a conventional group and a comprehensive group by random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The conventional group received conventional nursing,while the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing quality,nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications,and length of hospital stay,as well as the psychological status and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the psychological status and quality of life scores of both groups were improved compared to before nursing,and the psychological status and quality of life scores of comprehensive group after nursing were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction scores of the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion For hemoptysis patients undergoing BAE in the intervention room,comprehensive nursing can improve nursing quality,alleviate negative emotions,enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote patient recovery,and is worth promoting.
