手术等候区患者采用以心理护理为核心的综合护理模式的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨以心理护理为核心的综合护理模式在手术等候区患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月—2024年4月在甘肃中医药大学附属医院进行择期手术治疗的100例手术等候区患者作为研究对象,随机分为传统组和心理组各50例,传统组采用传统护理方案,心理组采用以心理护理为核心的综合护理模式。比较两组护理干预前后的应激反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果护理干预后两组焦虑自评量表评分及收缩压、舒张压和心率水平均较干预前得到改善,且护理干预后心理组上述指标水平均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理组护理满意度量表各维度评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以心理护理为核心的综合护理模式,可有效改善手术等候区患者的生理和心理应激反应,提高护理满意度,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model with psychological nursing as the core on patients in waiting area for operation.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent elective surgical treatment in the waiting area of Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a traditional group and a psychological group,with 50 patients in each group.The traditional group received traditional nursing,while the psychological group received comprehensive nursing model with psychological nursing as core.Compare the occurrence of stress reactions and nursing satisfaction between two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale in both groups,as well as the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate,all improved compared to before nursing intervention.Moreover,after nursing intervention,the levels of these indicators in the psychological group were significantly better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the nursing satisfaction scale for patients in the psychological group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model with psychological nursing as the core can effectively improve the physiological and psychological stress responses of patients in the surgical waiting area,enhance nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
