摘　　要：目的探讨血液病经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)患者采用基于风险管理综合护理模式的效果。方法选取2023年7—12月在聊城市人民医院血液科行PICC并带管的40例患者作为传统组,采用传统护理模式。选取2024年1—5月在聊城市人民医院血液科行PICC并带管的40例患者作为风险组,实施基于风险管理的综合护理模式。比较两组风险事件发生情况,以及护理干预前后导管自我护理知识储备情况和负性情绪。结果干预后,两组导管自我护理知识储备评分、焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前得到改善,且干预后风险组上述指标评分均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险组风险事件总发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液病PICC患者中采用基于风险管理的综合护理模式,可有效改善患者的负性情绪,提高其导管自我护理知识储备,同时降低了风险事件发生率,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of adopting a comprehensive nursing model based on risk management for PICC patients with hematological diseases.Methods Forty patients who underwent PICC with catheterization in the Hematology Department of Liaocheng People’s Hospital from July to December 2023 were selected as the traditional group,and adopted the traditional nursing mode.Forty patients who underwent PICC and catheterization in the Hematology Department of Liaocheng People’s Hospital from January to May 2024 were selected as the risk group,and implemented a comprehensive nursing model based on risk management.Compare the occurrence of risk events,as well as the knowledge reserve of catheter self-care and negative emotions before and after nursing intervention between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge reserve of catheter self-care,and the scores of anxiety and depression self-rating scale of both groups were improved compared with before intervention,and the above indicators scores of the risk group were significantly better than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events in the risk group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model based on risk management in PICC patients with hematological diseases can effectively improve patients’negative emotions,enhance their knowledge reserve of catheter self-care,and reduce the incidence of risk events.It is worth promoting and using.
