摘　　要：目的本研究在对急性心肌梗死患者进行救治时采取基于智能平台的急诊分诊系统,并对该系统的应用效果及对患者抢救效果和预后的影响进行分析。方法选取2021年3月—2023年9月我院急诊科收治的90例急性心肌梗死患者,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用传统的急诊分诊系统,实验组采用基于智能平台的急诊分诊系统。对比两组患者的抢救指标、抢救结果及预后情况。结果实验组预检分诊时长、首次完成心电图的时长、静脉通路开放的时长以及急诊时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组抢救成功率、预后痊愈率及有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论智能平台的急诊就诊系统通过显著减少患者在等待医疗服务及分诊过程中的时间消耗,提升了患者的就诊效率,进而提高了患者的生存率及预后状况。Objective To apply emergency triage system based on intelligent platform for patients with acute myocardial infarction,and analyze application effect of the system and influence on rescue effect and prognosis of patients.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency department of our hospital from March 2021 to September 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional emergency triage system,while the experimental group with emergency triage system based on intelligent platform.Rescue indicators,rescue results and prognosis were compared between two groups.Results After diagnosis and treatment,the experimental group had shorter duration of pretriage,electrocardiogram completion for the first time,opening of venous access,and emergency treatment than the control group(P<0.05).After calculation,rescue success rate of the experimental group(91.11%)was higher than the control group(75.56%),prognosis recovery rate(40.00%)and effective rate(51.11%)was higher than 33.33% and 42.22% in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency triage system based on intelligent platform can reduce waiting time of medical treatment and triage of patients significantly,improve treatment efficiency,and enhance survival rate and prognosis of patients.
