雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的有效性与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的有效性与安全性。方法选择2022年5月—2024年5月本院急诊科收治的97例急性感染性喉炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(48例)和干预组(49例),对照组采用常规治疗方式,包括化痰、止咳、平喘、抗感染等,并且维持水、电解质、酸碱平衡,干预组则增加雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗法,比较两组治疗的有效性与安全性。结果干预组患儿的发热、喉梗阻、声音嘶哑、呼吸困难、咳嗽改善时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3 d后,对照组的治疗总有效率低于干预组(P<0.05);在随访7 d期间,对照组与干预组患儿的不显效反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿容易患急性感染性喉炎,雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液有利于抑制感染和快速缓解临床症状,具有较高的有效性与安全性,临床可以根据患儿情况合理选用。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension in treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis.Methods The paper chose 97 children with acute infectious laryngitis in emergency department of our hospital between May 2022 and May 2024 as research subjects,and divided them into the control group(48 cases)and an intervention group(49 cases)randomly.The control group was treated with routine treatment methods,including expectorant,cough suppressant,asthma relief,anti infection and etc.during maintaining water,electrolyte,and acid-base balance,the intervention group with nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension.Effect and safety was compared between two groups.Results Improvement time of fever,laryngeal obstruction,hoarseness,dyspnea and cough in the intervention group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,total effective rate of the control group was lower than the intervention group(P<0.05).During the 7-day follow-up period,there was no significant difference in incidence of ineffective reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Children are prone to acute infectious laryngitis,and nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension is beneficial for inhibiting infection and relieving clinical symptoms rapidly,with high effect and safety,which can be selected reasonably according to situation of children in clinical practice.
